House built in the nineteenth century and completely renovated in the 90s. It offers a private garden, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The access is through the communal area by stairs.

Zahlungsbedingungen und -fristen

Nach Bestätigung der Buchung muss eine Anzahlung von 20 % der Gesamtmiete innerhalb von zehn Tagen erfolgen. Die zweite Zahlung muss spätestens 42 Tage vor der Abreise entrichtet werden. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann muss der volle Betrag sofort entrichtet werden.
