Vacation with the sea as your closest neighbor in the heart of the Sankt Anna archipelago. Here you live in a pleasant and well-planned 40 sqm apartment with fantastic proximity to the water - only about 50 meters to the sea and a private pier that is shared with the owner. The apartment is built together with the owner's house with a balcony on both the front and back, one of which is completely purpose-built. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view, the tranquility and the wonderful archipelago environment. On the plot there is a wood-fired sauna with a small balcony and a view of the sea - perfect for relaxing moments all year round (wood included). A beautiful footpath leads down to the beach where the bathing jetty with spacious sun deck and garden furniture awaits. Indoors you are greeted by a bright living room with a kitchen area, seating area and bunk bed. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the bathroom is directly adjacent. From the living room you reach the newly renovated sun deck at the back with a lounge area and a partially obscured sea view. Below the house a lawn spreads out that leads further down to the water. At the front there is another sun deck with a dining area - perfect for long breakfasts and barbecues in the evening sun. Wenn Sie in zwei Raten zahlen, dann bekommen Sie eine Woche vor Ablauf der zweiten Zahlungsfrist eine Erinnerung per E-Mail. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann hat die Zahlung sofort zu erfolgen. Bei einer Abreise innerhalb von vierzehn Tagen muss die Zahlung sofort und mit Kreditkarte oder über Paypal entrichtet werden.
