Very prestigious villa, immersed in a lush Mediterranean garden, 600 meters away from from the Caporama Nature Reserve, a paradise close to the sea where it is possible to swim immersed in nature.
We are in Terrasini a nice town by the sea. The villa is located in a strategic position, 4 kms from the motorway and the airport is less than 10 kms away.

Mamma Vera is made up of 4 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Another bathroom serves the two further bedrooms. The villa is bright and the rooms large and comfortable. The house is equipped with all the comforts. The living room has a corner that overlooks the beautiful garden through large door windows. The furniture is new and designer.
Bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (4): four double bedrooms, two en-suite (one with shower and one with shower and bath tub); another bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower outside NOTE: electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of 200 kWh per week, beyond this limit there will be a charge.

The exterior features several relaxation corners, a large BBQ area and a well-equipped swimming pool area. Enjoy the luxury!

The villa is just 700 meters from the gorgeous Nature Reserve of Caporama with a medieval tower, many coves and dwarf palms!
All around the area there are golden beaches for your Sicilian swimming.
Palermo, the capital of Sicily, with its gorgeous monuments, markets, beaches and street food! is just 20 kms away.
Segesta, the archeological area, is 30 kms away.
70 kms and there it is the medieval town of Cefalù worldwide famous for its monuments as the XII century Cattedrale, the castles and an enigmatic temple on the rock that overlooks the town, the Ancient Roman baths, the Osterio Magno palace, the Museo Mandralisca with a collection of paintings, archeological finds... and other highlights that you can discover strolling the narrow alleys of this wonderful town.
Why not spend a day outdoor visiting the Unesco's Valley of the Temples (photo) in Agrigento: less than 100 kms and you will be there.
We suggest to pay a visit to the following places: Naturalistic reserve of Zingaro and Scopello village (40kms); Trapani (50 kms)

Zahlungsbedingungen und -fristen

Nach Bestätigung der Buchung muss eine Anzahlung von 20 % der Gesamtmiete innerhalb von zehn Tagen erfolgen. Die zweite Zahlung muss spätestens 42 Tage vor der Abreise entrichtet werden. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann muss der volle Betrag sofort entrichtet werden.
