The holiday home is situated just a short drive away from the north coast with endless sandy beaches; the city of Rethymno with its picturesque Venetian harbor; historic sites that are worth a visit; caves and gorges to explore; Cretan landscape and its magnificent nature. There is something for every taste, the holidays become a real pleasure. The Villa Stefanos is the ideal place for family and friends to rest and to undertake excursions in Crete as the region offers countless heart-refreshing activities throughout the year. The holiday home features 3 bedrooms for 6 persons, bathroom and second separate toilet. The entire inside living area is situated on the same level as the pool, patio and landscaped gardens. The villa features a fenced private pool, offering stunning panoramic views from inside and outside. The vacation rental is fully equipped with all amenities like free Wi-Fi, air condition and satellite TV. Bedrooms * 3 bedrooms for 6 persons: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom. * 2 bathrooms: one bathroom with bath, toilet, basin & washing machine. Second toilet with basin. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning unit (cool/warm), large mirror, safe and balcony doors with blinds and mosquito shields.
Facilities : Private pool with an outside shower to refresh yourself and a safety fence for small children. Large tiled patio around the pool with relaxing sun lounges and parasols. There is soft lightning in and around the pool/garden area for the evening. Spacious shaded veranda at the entrance with outside dining table and chairs. Parking on the private lane at the front of the villa. Windows and balcony doors are provided with shutters.
Living area: A spacious, open living area with stunning panoramic views from the large windows. The dining room has a dining table and chairs for 6 persons. The sitting area offers a triple and a double-seater sofa and an open fire place, as well as an large air-conditioning unit. Smart TV in sitting area offers ASTRA satellite connection for foreign channels. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils . Laundry facilities: Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack. Note - Beds made with sheets and blankets. Also kitchen and bath towels are provided. With a stay of more than 7 nights, extra sheets / towels are provided depending on the length of your stay. Set of 2 medium and 2 large bath towels per person. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. - Check-in: from 16:00 hours - Check-out: before 11:00 hours.

The independent villa is built on a separate plot, bounded by stone walls, pine trees and a fence. It features a sea view private pool with key lock fence and outdoor shower. Enjoy unobstructed panoramic view relaxing at the patio equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The swimming pool is operational from 15.04 to 15.10 if the weather conditions allow it. The pool depth is 130 to 150 meters. There is a parking space in front of the country house on a private lane. A charcoal portable barbecue unit is at your disposal.

Please note that the villa can be reached via a staircase from the local road surface. The entire plot, terrace, swimming pool and holiday home are on the same level, which is raised in relation to the level of the local road.Free internet, connection is not shared with others.

You can undertake daily walks in the neighbouring countryside or reach the beach at "Sfakaki" area (2,5 km). - Rethymno with its pretty, often lively Venetian harbor and the old town is about 10km away. The central bus station of Rethymno provides connections to various locations throughout Crete, such as Heraklion / Knossos, Chania, Samaria Gorge and the south coast, all about an hour away. The lake "Kourna" is about 20 minutes away and is worth a visit. The well-known Arkadi Monastery is just a short drive away - The house is located at the same distance from the two airports Heraklion and Chania - about 75 km and 12 km from the port of Rethymno. - The villa has an excellent location to relax and discover the island of Crete. The north highway is only a short drive away to start your excursions. - Shops for daily needs can be found in the neighbouring village "Pigi" 300 meters away. Zahlungsbedingungen und -fristen

Nach Bestätigung der Buchung muss eine Anzahlung von 20 % der Gesamtmiete innerhalb von zehn Tagen erfolgen. Die zweite Zahlung muss spätestens 42 Tage vor der Abreise entrichtet werden. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann muss der volle Betrag sofort entrichtet werden.
