Villa Kaarina is not just a villa – it is a complete holiday experience, seamlessly combining accommodation, nature, and activities into one package. The included Campus pass ensures there is plenty to do, all year round! This high-quality, comfortable log villa is located in Kisakallio, by Lake Lohjanjärvi, less than an hour’s drive from Helsinki. Built in 2015, the 115 m² Villa Kaarina offers modern, spacious surroundings perfect for relaxation or active time together, surrounded by stunning natural scenery. Explore the beautiful ancient forests of Karnaisten Korpi Recreation Area and enjoy activities by the lake, including hiking and water adventures.

The villa features four bedrooms, each with two single beds. The spacious living room/kitchen provides ample space for socializing. There is a separate WC, and the washroom includes an electric sauna and two showers. A spacious terrace features a hydro massage bath, available for rent separately.

Lake Lohjanjärvi is approx. 300 meters away, where guests can enjoy a shared swimming beach with a gradually deepening sandy bottom. During summer, the lakeside area hosts a seasonal beach kiosk offering pizza and scenic lake views. A lakeside sauna and grill hut can also be rented separately.

The included Kampus Pass provides access to Kisakallio Sports Institute facilities and is automatically part of your accommodation price. With the pass, you have access to a gym with high-quality equipment and spaces for independent workouts. You can book padel and tennis courts for one hour and enjoy games outdoors. Fat bikes and mountain bikes are available for one hour, subject to availability, allowing you to explore forest trails and lakeside paths. The indoor sports hall is available for one hour and is suitable for basketball, badminton, or general exercise. Sports equipment can be borrowed from the reception. Zahlungsbedingungen und -fristen

Nach Bestätigung der Buchung muss eine Anzahlung von 20 % der Gesamtmiete innerhalb von zehn Tagen erfolgen. Die zweite Zahlung muss spätestens 42 Tage vor der Abreise entrichtet werden. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann muss der volle Betrag sofort entrichtet werden.
