A well-equipped, modern log cabin on a spacious plot. Pets are also welcome! The property includes a stylishly decorated log cabin and a separate summer room in an outbuilding. The main cabin features a large sun terrace facing south and west, with elegant outdoor furniture, and an additional 15m² glazed terrace, perfect for dining even on cooler evenings.

The log-structured main cabin was built in 2000, and the summer room was completed in 2010. The living room in the main cabin includes a sofa set, TV, heat-storing fireplace, air source heat pump, and a spacious dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a comprehensive set of dishes.

Downstairs, there is a sauna with an electric heater. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

The cabin's sleeping accommodations are located in the loft, which includes a double bed and two single beds. The separate summer room is available from May 15 to September 30. It features a double bed, its own wardrobe, underfloor heating, a water toilet, and ample living space.

Child equipment includes a crib and a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair.

At the lakeshore, there is a large modern sunbathing terrace with direct access to the pier and swimming water. Next to the terrace, there is a fire pit area and a summer kitchen, with both charcoal and gas grills, and a ring burner with a Muurikka pan. A special feature is a factory-made underground oven (guidance available if needed). The hot tub area, completed in summer 2026, is connected to the sun terrace and summer kitchen complex. The hot tub can be booked for an additional fee.

In addition to the main cabin's electric sauna, there is a charming separate traditional wood sauna about 50 meters from the shoreline. It is available for guests of Aurinko Vanaja for 2 hours daily. Use of this lakeside sauna is arranged in advance with the owner and is included in the cabin rental price.

The cabin is located 30 km south of Tampere, along the Korteselkä section of the large Vanajavesi waterway. At the cabin's location, the lake is about a kilometer wide, and you can travel by water all the way to Tampere, Hämeenlinna, and through Valkeakoski to Lake Roine. The cottage shore is rather shallow with no sudden drop-offs, and the shoreline is sandy. Guests have access to a rowing boat and life jackets (an outboard motor can be rented from the owner for an additional fee).

The spacious yard offers great opportunities for playing various games. The cabin includes a badminton court with official dimensions, rackets, and shuttlecocks, and if playing isn't appealing, there's also a hammock available.

Zahlungsbedingungen und -fristen

Nach Bestätigung der Buchung muss eine Anzahlung von 20 % der Gesamtmiete innerhalb von zehn Tagen erfolgen. Die zweite Zahlung muss spätestens 42 Tage vor der Abreise entrichtet werden. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann muss der volle Betrag sofort entrichtet werden.
