This holiday home, completed in 2005 and suitable for year-round use, offers 100 m² of comfortable living space.

The spacious living room/kitchen features a large sofa set, a large Smart TV, and a heat-storing fireplace. The kitchen area is equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. The wood burning oven in the kitchen is not available to the clients.

Two bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed (80 cm). In addition, there is a sofa bed (190 cm x 140 cm) for temporary sleeping. This bedroom also has a Smart TV. And the other bedroom has an 80 cm bed. The room also has a remote workstation, which makes it possible to work in peace and quiet.

In addition, there is a double bed (160 cm) in the sleeping alcove separated by a curtain. There is also a sofa bed (120 cm) and two folding mattresses as a spare bed. The sauna building's sofa bed (120 cm) is also an alternative bed. The property has beds for up to eight people.

The utility room includes a washing machine and a separate sink, perfect for rinsing outdoor gear. The sauna is fitted with a wood-burning stove and atmospheric lighting, while the washroom has a shower, WC, and washbasin.

From the large terrace, guests can enjoy two charcoal grills and a dining set with four chairs.

A separate outbuilding houses a small home gym with a bench and weights for light workouts, as well as a table tennis table and table curling.

The shoreline is about 150 m from the main building, accessible via a marked path through a scenic forest. There you’ll find a sauna cabin with panoramic lake views from the steam room. A pier leads into the lake, reached by steep stairs, with a small sandy swimming area beside it. Guests also have access to a rowing boat with a small outboard motor. By the shore, there is also a traditional Finnish hut with a grill, refrigerator, and three extendable benches that can even be used for overnight stays.

Zahlungsbedingungen und -fristen

Nach Bestätigung der Buchung muss eine Anzahlung von 20 % der Gesamtmiete innerhalb von zehn Tagen erfolgen. Die zweite Zahlung muss spätestens 42 Tage vor der Abreise entrichtet werden. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann muss der volle Betrag sofort entrichtet werden.
